This process involves our architect and ecologist conducting site visits to collate data – these data can range from the water source, soil health, risk assessment, and plant health. depending on the requirement of the client we also provide a weather harvesting station for microclimate data.

SKETCHÂ
SCHEME
This process involves our account manager and
designer working closely with our client to carve out a
brief together for the project. This typically begins with
a questionnaire that develops into a presentation to
the client for approvavl and the basis for our
preliminary cost for the entire project.
DETAILED
DESIGN AND
COSTING
Once the stretch scheme and preliminary cost are approved. Our allocated Architect will then conduct a detailed design which consist of a complete drawing package for the client’s approval before handing it over to our contractor for detailed costing.
CONSTRUCTION
This stage will involve contracts that protect both client and the designer. All prior stages must be thoroughly completed before engaging with the client.
DELIVERY
Our delivery process includes a 6 monthly defect
which allows the client to hold a retention fee to
make sure the project is completed and in all
working order and in good condition.
